KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Social Media and Influencer Marketing Lead for Orveda, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the brand's online presence.
Your main focus will include:
Strategic Development & Execution
- Develop, align, and implement the social media strategy from inception to execution, ensuring adherence to corporate branding and communication standards.
- Direct the Influencer Marketing strategies for various campaigns, including crafting detailed briefs for social agencies.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee brand-owned social platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Red, and Douyin, collaborating with social agencies.
- Continuously analyze social media trends, market insights, and explore emerging platforms, while gathering competitor intelligence.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of social platforms, focusing on audience engagement and follower growth.
- Possess a solid understanding of social media metrics and industry benchmarks.
- Exhibit strong copywriting skills to guide social agencies in drafting and proofreading social content, fostering creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain an in-house pool of influencers for skincare brands.
KOL Management:
- Thoroughly understand the KOL/KOC landscape in China across all social platforms, devising effective KOL/KOC strategies.
- Assess, select, and manage KOL/KOC partnerships in collaboration with social agencies.
- Establish measurable standards for social KOL/KOC performance to ensure the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate sustainable partnerships with paid social platforms, KOLs, and brand advocates for comprehensive social marketing management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment of campaign plans, quality execution, and timely delivery.
- Deeply comprehend the tactics involved in KOL management, driving traffic to online and offline sales channels through social/KOL activities, and evaluating effectiveness through measurable KPIs.

ARE YOU A COTY FIT?
As an experienced Social Media and Influencer Marketing Lead, you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international setting. In addition, you:
- Have over 6 years of digital media experience with a robust background in KOL/KOC and social media management.
- Preferably possess experience in the beauty industry, either in an agency or brand setting.
- Have experience managing social MCN agencies.
- Demonstrate practical experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Red, WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Bilibili.
- Possess experience in other digital media, including EC media, Digital Display, Search, and offline OOH, though this is not mandatory.
- Exhibit strong logical thinking skills.
- Are proficient in both spoken and written English.
