Job Title: 心理咨询老师 Psychology Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our team at eChinaCareers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, developing self-help classes and online materials, and conducting training and preventive mental health education to faculty, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counseling Services: Provide triage to students as needed and timely in-person counseling for urgent cases, and schedule appointments for future counseling sessions.
  • Teaching and Research: Teach and conduct research in psychology-related courses, and develop curriculum materials.
  • Student Support: Provide daily learning guidance and testing services to students, and assist with student management and academic analysis.
  • Training and Education: Develop and conduct training programs for faculty, staff, and students on mental health and wellness topics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential student mental health records.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or in other related mental health counseling degree programs.
  • Experience: At least 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Skills: Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, and good level of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • International School Experience: Preferably experience working in an international school environment.
  • Cultural Competence: Confidence in working with a rich cultural mix of students and teachers.
