Position Overview

The Retail Consultant plays a pivotal role in the success of our store by reporting directly to the Store Manager. This position is responsible for executing sales strategies and providing tailored customer service, ensuring that both personal and store objectives are achieved. As a vital representative of the BRIONI brand, the Retail Consultant delivers an exceptional luxury experience, passionately guiding clients through our offerings and fostering enduring customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to team success by achieving targets set by the Store Manager.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
  • Meet and exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
  • Utilize the Client Book effectively to maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Build and develop a network of contacts to broaden the customer base.
  • Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the company.
  • Implement inventory procedures in line with company standards.
  • Adhere to BRIONI's guidelines and promptly report any issues or risks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of two Saturdays and two Sundays each month, including during inventory and holiday periods.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
