Job Title: Primary Class Instructor

Description:
We are looking for a primary class instructor to join our team at TopTutorJob. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or above in primary education and a PGCE or equivalent teaching license. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a primary school teacher and a clear knowledge of child development in the primary years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes
  • Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned students
  • Monitor students' class and home activities and provide constructive feedback
  • Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of students
  • Set high expectations and establish a good standard of discipline based on mutual respect and personal responsibility


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in primary education
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching license
  • Qualified primary teacher holding a degree in primary education or another relevant field
  • 2 years' successful experience as a primary school teacher
  • Clear knowledge of child development in the primary years
