We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Elemaster. As a key member of our Corporate Strategic Sourcing & Procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing custom materials for our Asian Market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our corporate sourcing, quoting, and procurement functions to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of custom materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Asian suppliers to meet our supply chain targets and company development plans.
  • Conduct material risk analysis to optimize material availability and costs.
  • Forecast and manage consignment stock levels with strategic suppliers.
  • Monitor local key suppliers' KPIs and conduct regular performance review meetings.
  • Manage claims and non-conformance issues with the support of our Supply Quality Department.
  • Establish open book cost models with local key suppliers to achieve annual cost reduction targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
  • Professional and fluent English is mandatory, with Italian being a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of general business experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector and international environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Buyer or Commodity Manager for custom components, with a focus on PCBs.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience in open book negotiations and break-down analysis.
  • Excellent communication and multicultural fit skills.
