Responsibilities

  • Collect and summarize market intelligence on trends, competitions, regulations, and new technologies.
  • Develop and implement segment strategies for E&E markets.
  • Build technical relationships with key accounts and promote material solutions to target segments and customers.
  • Explore and identify business opportunities at customers in China and drive them toward sales by working with internal functions and external partners.
  • Support sales in account planning and execution, and specify material solutions at ODM/OEMs or other target customers in the value chain.
  • Identify unmet needs and work with functional teams on NPD activities to support business growth.
  • Summarize and share success cases for translation at other customers or in other regions.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • BS or above technical degree.
  • 3-10 years of commercial role experience in the plastic industry.
  • In-depth understanding of plastics and their applications.
  • Good business acumen, customer focus, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment.
  • Ownership of assigned segments and customers.
  • Strong self-motivation to achieve growth targets.
  • Critical thinking and ability to prioritize competing tasks.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of E&E and related applications.
  • Familiarity with the E&E value chain and key players.
  • Strong new market development capabilities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
