Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our vibrant Middle School community for the August 2025 start. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging math lessons aligned with our curriculum, creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment that promotes active student participation.
Salary and Benefits
The salary and benefits package provided is highly competitive, depending on the qualifications and experiences of the successful candidate.
- $53K -$65K per year (competitive base yearly salary and promotion system)

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the curriculum and designed to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Teach topics across the middle school math curriculum, including algebra, geometry, fractions, decimals, percentages, and other essential math concepts.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that promotes active student participation.
- Develop and implement assessments, including quizzes, tests, and projects, to evaluate student progress and understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Analyze student performance data and use it to inform and adjust instructional practices to improve learning outcomes.
- Provide individualized support for students who require additional assistance and challenge those who are excelling.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of the math curriculum and participate in interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Incorporate technology and real-world applications into math lessons to make learning relevant and engaging.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in math education and pedagogy and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Create a positive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and ensures the emotional, social, and academic growth of students.
- Participate in school-wide activities, such as staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Four-year degree from an accredited university
- Bachelor of Education, PGCE, Teaching license: QTS, national/state teaching license/certificate or equivalent
- Three years of experience teaching in a bilingual school, international school, or government/state school
