We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our elementary school community. As an integral part of our teaching team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced educator to lead our elementary school program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging lessons to primary students in all subject areas. They will foster a love for learning by creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

School Overview:

Aristotle Teachers is a K-12 international school located in Beijing, China. Our school is built on the strength of both Chinese and Western education systems. We follow a bilingual program using the US Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards along with the Chinese National Curriculum.

Responsibilities:

  1. Classroom Instruction: Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to primary students in all subject areas.
  2. Homeroom Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for students in the homeroom class. Monitor and support the overall well-being, behavior, and social development of students.
  3. Curriculum Implementation: Implement the school's curriculum effectively, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Collaborate with specialists and other homeroom teachers to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
  4. Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians. Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences and provide updates on student progress.
  5. Student Assessment: Assess and monitor student progress through various formative and summative assessments. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
  6. Classroom Management: Create a well-organized and positive classroom environment that encourages mutual respect and active student engagement. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
  7. Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in and support extracurricular activities, events, and school functions. Contribute to the school community beyond classroom responsibilities.

Remuneration & Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain top talent. The estimated annual salary range is $53K-$65K, depending on qualifications and experiences.
