Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Homeroom Teacher to join our team at TopTutorJob. As a key member of our educational community, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student development.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, research new topics, and devise innovative teaching materials.
  • Pupil Support and Guidance: Offer individualized support to students, address behavioral issues, and promote positive relationships.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Engage with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in an elementary school setting.
  • Additional Requirements: Postgraduate Degree in Education or a related field, teaching license recognized by the home country's education ministry, and experience as a homeroom teacher.
