Job Title: Elementary Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Elementary Homeroom Teacher to join our educational community. The successful candidate will serve as a cornerstone for the academic and social development of primary students, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Classroom Instruction: Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to primary students in all subject areas, fostering a love for learning by creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  2. Homeroom Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for students in the homeroom class, monitoring and supporting the overall well-being, behavior, and social development of students.
  3. Curriculum Implementation: Implement the school's curriculum effectively, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, and collaborating with specialists and other homeroom teachers to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
  4. Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, conducting regular parent-teacher conferences and providing updates on student progress.
  5. Student Assessment: Assess and monitor student progress through various formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
  6. Classroom Management: Create a well-organized and positive classroom environment that encourages mutual respect and active student engagement, implementing effective classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
  7. Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in and support extracurricular activities, events, and school functions, contributing to the school community beyond classroom responsibilities.
