Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute operating plans to achieve team objectives and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Conduct daily patrols and standard operating setpoint compliance checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Participate in emergency response teams to react to system failures and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Build effective relationships with plant cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and improve overall performance.
  • Implement and document material, process, and equipment changes in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with engineers to complete daily maintenance work and assigned tasks from supervisors.
  • Execute documented operating procedures and follow established document control protocols.
  • Develop and implement annual training and certification plans to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Initiate improvement cases through plant-side activities and drive department-wide initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and condition-based maintenance activities to achieve facility maintenance performance goals.
  • Work with the team to build a safety-focused, learning organization and promote a positive and proactive culture.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from college or above with an electrical background.
  • Three years or above experience in facility equipment maintenance and operation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the operation principles of electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic skills in repairing mechanical components.
