AR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AR Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records.

• Independently establish and manage new customer accounts in North America.
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely payment.
• Analyze and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
• Process and manage invoices and statements.
• Collaborate with the credit and collections team to analyze and resolve customer payment issues.
• Manage customer account aging and ensure timely payment.
• Provide regular reports to customers and the credit and collections team on outstanding accounts.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills.
• Excellent English language skills, with a minimum of CET-4 level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
