Program Overview

The Global Finance Trainee Program is a unique opportunity for talented individuals to kickstart their careers in finance and make a real impact at Hitachi Energy. As a participant, you will embark on a three-stage journey, rotating through different finance functions, including international placements, and ultimately securing a permanent position within the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the country CFO or senior finance department members to carry out various tasks and projects, delivering value to our Accounting, Finance, Operations Control, and Project control teams.
  • You will collaborate with global teams within the Finance community to support our Finance in Transformation and contribute to Hitachi Energy's business strategy.
  • You will gain an understanding of what it takes to operate in a Finance organization within a Global business, participate in training and development activities to improve technical skills, and understand each department's daily processes and goals.
  • You will complete assigned tasks, assist with day-to-day operations, and develop your strengths with regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives.

Your Background

  • You hold a Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, completed before the start of the program.
  • You have up to 18 months of professional work experience.
  • You are required to demonstrate international mobility, with relocation assistance provided.
  • You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • You are driven to learn new skills, open to receiving and providing feedback, and exhibit a positive attitude with an innovative mindset.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of RMB 200,000 - RMB 300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance, health insurance, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
