We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team at Amazon (China) Holding Company Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing transportation resources, coordinating with tech teams, and streamlining system changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage transportation resources in Amazon logistics systems, adhering to strict configuration change processes.
- Coordinate interactions between transportation business and local/global tech teams.
- Streamline system changes and document internal working processes.
- Manage team internal projects, including process optimization, customer experience improvement, and business partner training.
- Troubleshoot system issues reported by business and respond to questions from various teams.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to generate weekly metrics, forecasting, and daily reports to support business.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
