We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to support the development of inventory planning and sourcing metrics and strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing inventory review and replenishment to meet stock targets.
  • Execute stock balancing through transfers between locations.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices process.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure delivery, quality, and service commitments.
  • Execute bidding process, review, and negotiate prices.
  • Analyze data as required or assigned.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Responsible for metrics of availability, inventory, and cost.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of planning or procurement experience.
  • Proficient data analysis skills in Excel, SQL, etc.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvement.
