Clinical Sales Representative for ENT and Head

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Sales Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our products in target hospitals.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with ENT and Head & Neck surgeons, identifying opportunities to promote our products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including ENT and Head & Neck surgeons
- Conduct product training and educational sessions for customers
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, business, marketing)
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical sales, preferably in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive results-oriented sales performance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
