Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

This role will focus on developing new business opportunities through various means, such as phone calls, sales networks, bidding, and existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships to secure new elevator installation contracts.
  • Serving as a liaison between the company and clients, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Developing new leads through proactive outreach and building relationships within the industry.
  • Crafting sales strategies and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Utilizing internal sales tools to track project progress and estimate contract values.
  • Negotiating contracts to facilitate transactions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (business or engineering preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in technical or channel sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • A high level of responsibility and adaptability.
  • A clear understanding of their goals and ability to thrive in a process-driven organization.
