We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School English Teacher to join our team at Teach Around Ltd in Hangzhou, China. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of middle school students, promoting a love for learning and language.
  • Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and adapt to the varied learning styles of students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress through continuous assessments and provide timely feedback, fostering a growth mindset and encouraging students to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment that promotes learning and respect, and participate in school events and activities that support student well-being and development.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary teaching methods and new educational technologies, enhancing the learning experience for students.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • A recognized teaching qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent.
  • Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to new cultures and environments.
  • Ability to commit to students' educational development and well-being, with a passion for teaching and learning.
