About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketplace Designer to join our team at Zoom. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in requirement analysis, identifying user needs through research and data analysis, and collaborate with product and development teams to develop solutions and design products that meet user needs.
  2. Work closely with the development team to ensure design implementation and quality.
  3. Continuously track product feedback and optimize product experiences.
  4. Develop and maintain product design standards and guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with designers across the organization to design systems, content, and research, resulting in unified and effective outcomes.
Requirements
  1. English is the primary work language, with excellent listening and speaking skills.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in User-Centered design, preferably in a B2B context.
  3. Proven experience in leading complex design projects, with expertise in user behavior analysis and design tools, as well as familiarity with PC/Web/Mobile design standards.
  4. Strong logical thinking, clear communication, and design-driven mindset.
  5. Ability to adapt to new situations and execute tasks efficiently, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  6. Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and time management, with a preference for experience in multinational companies.
  7. Relevant degree in a design-related field or higher.
