We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our agile and vibrant software development team. As a software engineer at MicroStrategy, you will play a key role in enabling our products to be best-in-breed and optimized to leverage the latest advancements in AI, ML, Cloud, Containerization & Web/Mobile technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Thrill of Innovation: Harness the power of Generative AI and ML to create applications that redefine the future of analytics. Work with our top-notch engineers, product owners and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into elegant, game-changing software solutions.
  • Agile Coding: Armed with languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, or C++, you will weave magic into the code that drives our software's capabilities to new heights.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Embrace the challenge of solving complex problems and troubleshooting real-world applications of the MicroStrategy AI/BI platform.
  • Endless Learning: As part of our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of technological advancements, learning about the latest tools, agile methodologies, and cloud-based frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, and/or C++.
  • Familiarity or experience with Containerization Infrastructures like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies (i.e., data structures, algorithms, unit testing, secure programming, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
