We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Director to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, drive business growth, and implement process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging lean principles and best practices.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions, drive growth, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
  • Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or PMP; lean expertise a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
