Manager of Process Enhancement

  • Facilitate problem-solving efforts related to manufacturing process stability, quality assurance, plant configuration, and the overall supply chain.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and training to project teams, industrial engineers, and management to effectively implement lean methodologies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on results, overseeing and coordinating cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
  • Direct projects aimed at reducing manufacturing costs and take accountability for achieving targeted outcomes.
  • Oversee product quotations, bill of materials setup and maintenance, and deliver lean training across all organizational levels, including standardization practices such as work instructions, visualization, 5S, and LPA.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management and continuous improvement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, lean management practices, enterprise-wide continuous improvement, cost management, and project oversight.
  • Fundamental knowledge of machinery and electrical systems.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven execution capabilities with a strong sense of accountability for results.
  • Proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
