About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue and enhance the online presence of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel products and contents on WeChat iShop,, Red, Tiktok, and other digital platforms to ensure seamless execution and maximum visibility.
  • Create seasonal promotion campaigns aligned with E-commerce Festivals in China to drive revenue across all online customer segments, working closely with PR, Sales, Reservations, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer shopping experience, click-on rate, and traffic & conversion rates through proper visual designs and marketing concepts in collaboration with the property PR team.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly analysis of campaign performance, including return-on-investment statistics, to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with new commercial platforms to further enhance the hotel's online presence and revenue, negotiating on behalf of the hotel for new online marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in a digital marketing capacity, preferably within the lifestyle and hospitality industries.
