Job Title: Digital Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our team at Belkin International. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing web-ready production files, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our online design objectives and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web-ready production files, including landing pages, shop pages, email campaigns, ad banners, social media assets, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers, Art Directors, and other teams to finalize and optimize design mockups and digital assets.
  • Partner with Marketing and Front-End Development teams to ensure online design objectives and timelines are met.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare web project files and associated files, including presentations, style guide updates, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Support and uphold branding standards and consistency on all web design projects.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of workflow conventions and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Completion of at least 2 years Graphic Design certified course or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in web design and e-commerce.
  • Online portfolio a must.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly written and graphically.
  • In-depth understanding of web optimization and compression of web assets.
  • In-depth understanding of multi-platform user experience challenges.
  • Experience with high-profile, global brands a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale, e-commerce sites.
  • Experience with responsive sites.
  • Understanding of motion design is not required, but a big plus (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, HTML5).
  • Familiarity with CSS and HTML/HTML5 is preferable.
  • Proficiency with Mac computers, printers, scanners, and relative software, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, Workfront MRM, and DAM.
