About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our team at Belkin International. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital assets, including web pages, email campaigns, and social media content, that align with our brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our digital products meet our customers' needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our digital experiences.
  • Work closely with our creative team to develop and implement design concepts that meet our business objectives.
  • Ensure that all digital assets are optimized for web and mobile devices, and meet our brand's quality standards.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our digital products meet our high standards.
  • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Support the development of our digital products, including web applications, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure that our digital products are technically sound and meet our customers' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our digital experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web and mobile design.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Experience with design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with design systems and style guides.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and priorities.
