Job Overview

Bosch is seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our Intellectual Property department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's patent strategy and protecting our innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on patent matters, including patent infringement and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and implement IP strategies to drive business growth and protect our intellectual property.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Manage outside counsel and coordinate patent prosecution, oppositions, and appeals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law and technology.
Requirements
  • Chinese patent agent certificate holder with experience in automotive or mechanical/electronic engineering.
  • Expertise in Chinese patent law, with knowledge of US and European IP law.
  • Law degree and membership in good standing with the Chinese Bar.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IP issues in business terms.
  • High integrity and ethics, with a strategic mindset and ability to anticipate future business risks.
