Job Title: Digital Product Designer

About the Role:

The Digital Product Designer will be responsible for designing and developing digital products that meet the needs of our customers. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and visual designs, and iterating on solutions with users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that products meet customer needs.
  • Design Development: Create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to bring products to life.
  • Iteration and Testing: Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on product visual design and user experience design experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin in both oral and written.
  • Functional Expertise: Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing. Skilled at creating interaction design solutions, including static HTML/CSS views. Strong visual design skills, able to create compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens.
