Job Overview


• Event Management and Assessment:
*Oversee all facets of event management from conceptualization, strategic planning, coordination with external partners, process oversight, and on-site execution.
*Act as the leader of a comprehensive team to guarantee the successful implementation of initiatives with high-quality outcomes aligned with branding standards and visual identity.
*Collaborate with relevant departments to efficiently manage agencies and vendors.


• Centralized Data Analysis and Process Oversight
*Evaluate, monitor, and report on event return on investment (ROI) based on established metrics for pipeline, revenue, and marketing qualified leads (MQL) utilizing digital marketing platforms.
*Conduct monthly data gathering and analysis for lead reporting and performance assessment.
*Enhance marketing-influenced pipeline and generated MQLs through on-site activations and collaboration with the sales team.


• Online Platform Management and Promotion
*Oversee digital channels and official social media accounts to determine promotional formats in conjunction with offline events.
*Drive content creation, video production, and other branding activities for business promotion, monitor, analyze visitor data and engagement to refine and optimize outcomes.
*Develop and integrate digital tools into existing workflows for improved efficiency and to foster innovation.
*Allocate budget and resources effectively across various platforms and tools management.


• Industry and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
*Assist management in identifying key industry events, exhibitions, summits, and official promotions to develop a comprehensive event portfolio.
*Advise on a range of promotional activities with a professional and effective approach from an event marketing perspective.
*Establish partnerships with local businesses, sales teams, and key industry stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that enhance brand visibility and foster customer retention and acquisition.
*Support executive leadership in complex, cross-departmental initiatives to ensure successful execution.
*Collaborate with other marketing leaders to implement regional branding campaigns and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
o Minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 5 years in event or marketing communications management, preferably with an advertising agency background.
o Strong understanding of marketing principles, communication strategies, branding, and promotional activities, with experience in social media management preferred.
o Demonstrated growth mindset and results-oriented approach with strong resilience and dedication to work.
o Capacity to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure.
o Professional demeanor, high energy levels, and self-motivation.
o Ability to identify best practices, communicate progress, and resolve challenges.
o Strategic thinking and business insight.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
o Proficient written communication skills in Mandarin and English are required.
