We are seeking a highly skilled Product Verification Engineer to join our team at Philips. As a Product Verification Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test methods for product verification, ensuring compliance with design input specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize test strategies, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
- Analyze and interpret measurement data, applying statistical techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Validate test methods and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
- Provide technical documentation and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of functional continuous improvement plans and knowledge bases, driving innovation and excellence within the team.
- Mentor and support team members in test development and equipment usage, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Effectively collaborate with OEM suppliers to develop test designs that meet engineering and user requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D or manufacturing research laboratory, with a solid understanding of design verification processes.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical test laboratory, including experience in designing, executing, and documenting test methods for medical devices.
- Strong understanding of MSA methodology and test method validation, as well as statistical techniques.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues internationally.
- Ability to work in a group environment, with flexibility and a strong hands-on mentality.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
