Job Purpose: To provide professional services to patients and customers through expert visits and academic discussions, convey GSK brand information, maintain GSK brand credibility, and achieve overall business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct professional visits and academic discussions at designated hospitals in the target area, meeting company requirements, and developing healthy working relationships with local hospital clients.
  2. Actively participate in professional skill and knowledge learning, meeting company requirements, and effectively applying these skills and knowledge in daily academic promotion activities.
  3. Timely understand and collect customer disease diagnosis and brand usage information, submitting reports as required.
  4. Participate in various business meetings and team building activities, sharing professional promotion experiences, insights, and market information with the team, and assisting managers in achieving team goals.
  5. Actively participate in SFA project implementation, timely and accurately entering relevant information (visits, coverage rates, meetings, customer visits, and medical information provided), assisting managers or managers in ensuring system effectiveness, and conducting regular checks and evaluations.
  6. Assist managers/managers in ensuring that each brand's academic discussions and market development strategies are closely linked.
  7. Implement area business plans set by managers/managers, develop and continuously improve business plans for designated areas.
  8. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and quality standards, and comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other relevant behavioral codes.
  9. Comply with GSK's global quality policy and global quality principles.
  10. Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Applicant qualifications/job requirements (education background/work experience/knowledge and skills)

  • Bachelor's degree, medical, pharmaceutical, biological background, etc.
  • At least one year of work experience, especially in medical/pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good information collection and application skills.
  • Basic computer operation skills and relevant software application skills, such as Word, Excel, etc.
  • Basic English listening, speaking, and reading skills.
  • Analytical skills and business planning skills.
  • Persevering, enthusiastic, optimistic.
  • Upright, honest, patient-centered.
  • Some influence.
  • Team collaboration.
