Global Healthcare Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Healthcare Recruitment Professional to join our team in Singapore.

As a Global Healthcare Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for executing a trainee recruitment strategy across China, targeting nurses and healthcare workers seeking overseas career opportunities. You will help manage key channel accounts and partnerships to achieve enrolment targets and report on all phases of the recruitment process.

You will also participate in recruitment and outreach activities, such as seminars, conferences, meetings, and training events, to build strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective students, families, agents, partners, and other external institutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our China and Singapore teams to develop and enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales.

• Achieve sales growth and prospect to secure new customer accounts
• Deliver high standards of customer service and product explanation
• Pitch and ideate new ways to connect with nurses and healthcare workers

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission package.

• At least a Diploma qualification, preferably in marketing, communication, business, or international relations
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the private education sector or international recruitment industry, with a strong focus on the China market
• Strong sales and account management skills in managing recruitment campaigns, forming partnerships, participating in seminars, and digital marketing strategies
