Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented International Student Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a trainee recruitment strategy across China that targets nurses and healthcare workers seeking overseas career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and secure new customer accounts by prospecting and pitching new ways to connect with nurses and healthcare workers.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and product explanation to meet client needs.
• Work closely with our China and Singapore teams to develop and enhance lead generation methods, identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased leads and sales.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma qualification, preferably in marketing, communication, business, or international relations.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the private education sector or international recruitment industry, with a strong focus on the China market.
• Strong sales and account management skills, including managing recruitment campaigns, forming partnerships, participating in seminars, and digital marketing strategies.
• Good understanding of the China market and its dynamics.
• Passion for promoting lifelong learning and employability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.

Estimated Salary: SGD 5,000 - SGD 8,000 per month
