Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components for power transformers, including casing, supports, and other related parts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical design meets electrical and thermal requirements.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure smooth production and quality control.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design and power transformer technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in power transformer mechanical design.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD design tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
