Senior Sales Strategist

As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. This includes implementing a 'Go-To-Market' strategy for your area, setting sales targets for your Business Development team, and preparing and managing the business development budget.
Business Development Objectives:
1. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, including capital sales of diagnostic instruments.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer total solutions, combining instrument sales with complementary diagnostic reagents.
3. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, government policy updates, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and identify areas for improvement.
Education and Experience:
10 years of working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 5 years of management experience within sales function.
Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain, and marketing sensitivity to analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, as well as a good command of English.
