About the Role

Veeva Systems is committed to developing the careers of university students and graduates through our Generation Veeva program. This program offers multiple development paths and career opportunities in a supportive environment. As an Implementation Consultant Intern, you will work with our experienced Consulting teams to learn about the full implementation lifecycle of Veeva software applications for Life Sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Professional Services team, responsible for Veeva application implementation and delivery.
  • Collaborate with multiple project teams and experienced consultants.
  • Support Project Managers on project delivery and customer workshops.
  • Assist with project analysis, solution design, and configuration of the application under the guidance of the Project Manager or Solution Architect.
  • Support Data Migration and System Testing tasks to ensure successful implementations.
  • Help build training documentation for clients.
  • Support the creation of reports and analytics for customer projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Medical, Math, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Excellent academic performance.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in Chinese and English.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for using technology to improve business processes.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-starter attitude.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS/Cloud experience or knowledge.
  • Internship experience in software, consulting, or a Life Sciences company.
