Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Specialist to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our Customer Fulfilment team, you will be responsible for implementing projects and process changes that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enable change in relation to assigned projects
  • Act as an internal consultant, offering know-how transfer in project implementation
  • Create prerequisites to enable growth agenda and secure customer satisfaction
  • Translate Fulfilment agenda into market Fulfilment Development and Multichannel Network organization

A Day in Your Life

As a Project Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for securing successful implementation of global and local projects and process changes. You will coordinate readiness initiatives, lead stakeholders, and provide follow-up and status reports. You will also steer communication and change management to maximize motivation and support for the implementation.
