Job Title: Seamless Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Seamless Expert to join our team at Trafilea. As a Seamless Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our seamless products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality and aesthetics consistency across all products and factories.
  • Conduct production product compression checks during inline and final production.
  • Participate in production planning meetings to ensure factories conduct necessary tests.
  • Validate yarn temperature accuracy and document results.
  • Ensure factories use correct models for wash/drying tests and validate fabric weight testing.
  • Cross-examine PPS samples against production samples to ensure quality and specs.
  • Maintain professional email correspondence with production teams and factories.
  • Review and validate factory reports on tensile strength, elasticity, colorfastness, and dimensional stability.
  • Analyze and document defects, investigating root causes and proposing corrective actions.
  • Train factory staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • Work closely with production managers and QA/QC managers to address quality concerns.
  • Review final seamless garments for approval based on established quality standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 6+ years of experience in seamless products.
  • Strong English language skills, including spoken and written communication.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle multitasking.
  • Able to make independent decisions and follow up on action items.
  • Experience in building US customer productions and understanding yarn characteristics.
