High-Speed Connectivity Solutions Engineer

We're looking for talented individuals to fill the role of Field Application Engineer and support our Product Managers in developing and growing business in the China market.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of the selling process and experience in directly supporting customers with high-speed automotive connectivity technical specifications, product selection, and solution design.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Representing NTW product launches in north and south China, promoting products to regional key customers in focus applications.
- Providing technical support to regional customers, along with the sales team, to offer NTW application information as a pre-sale service.
- Driving customer design-in and providing suitable NTW product solutions according to our current product portfolio.
- Collecting voice of customer feedback and assisting Product Managers in identifying genuine customer needs and pain points to address future product development.
- Analyzing and filtering sales opportunities based on customer requirements, product strategy, and comparative advantages for further operation.
- Maintaining relationships with the sales team and channels to create valuable demand and drive regional business growth.
- Tracking project status by cooperating with sales and multi-functional teams to keep regional key projects on track.
- Participating in marketing activities, creating related documents to promote NTW products, and carrying out product training internally and externally.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business education, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of industry experience in engineering or technical business development for automotive interconnect solutions.
- Technical understanding of vehicle electrical architecture in the transportation industry.
- Knowledge and experience in automotive high-speed data connectivity and interconnect markets.
- Capacity to develop sound points of view on technology, product, customers, competitors, and market trends, and act on them to drive growth in the China market.
- Working experience in a global, diverse, and multi-functional team is preferred.
- Ability to travel to coordinate regional program deployment.

- Technical knowledge and skills in CAD, CATIA, ProE (preferred).
- Interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Practical experience in handling complex tasks with proper solutions.
- Economic thinking and customer orientation.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and raise creative ideas and solutions.
- Self-motivation and good pressure handling.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
