Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall success of our daily kitchen operations. This individual will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills while guiding and developing staff to achieve high-quality products and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Excellence

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our culinary standards and appeal to our guests.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Guest Satisfaction

• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

• Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.

Financial Management

• Manage kitchen budgets and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

• Analyze sales data and menu performance to inform menu engineering and pricing strategies.

• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to maintain profitability.
