Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Albemarle. This is a key role that will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

About the Role
  • Responsible for executing electrical, instrumentation, and DCS equipment inspection tasks in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain daily schedules for emergency repairs, maintenance, motor lubrication, and instrument calibration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain plant power system reliability through regular inspections and maintenance.
  • Perform routine checks on master motors, frequency converters, and soft starters.
  • Develop and implement technical reforms to improve equipment reliability.
  • Assist with new project installations, commissioning, acceptance, and other work as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [Salary $65,000 - $85,000] per annum, depending on experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health, safety, environmental protection, and fire protection principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
