Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team at Albemarle. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the optimal availability and performance of production equipment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain schedules for routine maintenance, repairs, and planned shutdowns
  2. Collaborate with operations teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities
  3. Analyze data to optimize maintenance strategies and reduce downtime
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  5. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
