Mold Designer with Excellent CAD Skills

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mold Designer to join our team at ALPLA (China) Technologies Co., Ltd. in Shanghai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality molds for extrusion and stretch blow molding processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop molds for extrusion and stretch blow molding processes;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects;
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design issues and improve mold performance;
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including mold designs, specifications, and testing results;
  • Analyze and troubleshoot mold-related issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and recommend new technologies and techniques to the team;

**Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in mold design and development, preferably in the plastics industry;
  • Proficient in CAD/CAM software, such as NX, SolidWorks, or Catia;
  • Strong understanding of mold design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;

**Benefits:
