About the Role

TopTutorJob is seeking an experienced and qualified High School Physics Teacher to join our team at Olive Tree International Academy (OTIA) in Hangzhou, China.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching A-Level and AP courses in Physics, developing engaging lesson plans that stimulate student inquiry and curiosity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics, excellent communication skills, and experience working with students of various age groups and abilities.

The teacher will also be expected to:

  • Prepare and deliver lessons in English, using a range of teaching methods and technologies;
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback;
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development;
  • Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment;
  • Attend school events and activities as required;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree or higher in Physics from a reputable institution;
  • A strong command of English language and ability to teach in English;
