Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our CAD/CAM software and technologies.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to craft compelling technical proposals and presentations that showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Empower customers through comprehensive training and support, transforming them into proficient software users.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, contributing to the growth of our sales and customer satisfaction.
Your Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or CNC programming, with a strong background in multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.
  • Proficiency in working with multiple CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain) and milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
  • Training as a machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer, or comparable training.
  • Language skills: Mandarin mother tongue and English B2 fluent.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Office, Web).
  • Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
  • Experience with remote assistance tools.
  • Analytical mindset to understand and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Experience with CAM software.
  • Experience with CAD software (Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor is a plus).
  • Basic GD&T knowledge.
