Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Memory Product Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Nand Device Failure Analysis team, you'll be responsible for analyzing memory product defects, defining failure analysis flows, and collaborating with product and design engineers to identify root causes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze memory product defects from RMA and qualification on wafer level or finished products
  • Define the failure analysis flow for each failure analysis case
  • Generate failure analysis reports and assist product and design engineers to find the root cause of defects
  • Maintain failure analysis tracking sheets and equipment
  • Develop failure analysis processes and capabilities for new products and technologies

Requirements

  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology
  • Familiarity with memory product technology and structure
  • Understanding of memory product test processes and basic failure analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency in performing failure analysis with FA tools or methodologies such as Delayering, OBIRCH/EMMI, SEM/EDX, FIB, or TEM
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Familiarity with NAND theory and electrical circuits study is a plus
  • Experience with NAND device PFA and 3D NAND fabrication process is a plus
