Hotel Events Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Events Coordinator to join our team at Hyatt Corporation.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events such as conferences, conventions, incentives, meetings, concerts, exhibitions, weddings, and social events.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental.
Working closely with the Director of Events to ensure seamless execution of events.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to provide exceptional customer service.
Ensuring that all events meet or exceed customer expectations, stimulating optimum revenue, and enhancing the reputation of the hotel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in convention service or group coordination.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE software.
