Job Title: Data Management Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Manager to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Data Management Manager, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of corporate data governance planning, design, implementation, and application. You will support the data needs of the business department, collect and sort out the data needs of all stakeholders, and design the data management/governance solution according to the data application.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data management principles, improve data management standards, management systems, supervision, and assessment methods, and establish, publish, and maintain corresponding standardized documents.
  2. Formulate metadata, data quality, data security, and other data standards and specifications.
  3. Organize, promote, implement, manage, and online release corporate internal data projects.
  4. Build and manage the data management department team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science/Automotive/Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
  • Familiar with any data management/governance model such as DAMA and DMM, know how to improve data stability, cost, security, and usability through data governance methodologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in master data and data governance projects, deeply understand the value of data governance, and have an in-depth understanding of data standards, master data management, and data governance.
  • Project experience in data warehouse/data lake preferred, experience in data management in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Team management skills, good communication skills inside and outside the team, strong coordination ability to actively drive project implementation, strong sense of responsibility, calm personality, accustomed to thinking from the long-term and overall situation.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, have sufficient sensitivity and sense of mission for data management and governance, accept challenges and changes, have strong learning and thinking ability, and be able to sense the root causes of problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to take the initiative when needed, focus on business and grow together with the company.
