We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our on-site dormitories, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our employees.

• Oversee daily operations of the dormitories, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
• Manage staff and vendors to ensure efficient and effective services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive living environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential management or a related field.
