Residential Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our on-site dormitories, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our employees.

• Manage daily operations of the dormitories, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive living environment.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and support.
• Monitor and report on resident satisfaction, making recommendations for improvement.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential management or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale residential operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
