We are seeking a seasoned Java developer/technical expert to join our search team. Our goal is to help users find the information they need quickly and efficiently, enhancing their productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product and business teams to develop search, question-answering, and recommendation features for Zoom, meeting the needs of our business lines.
2. Design and implement frameworks and components to improve business efficiency, driving technology platformization and productization.
3. Participate in the design, development, and optimization of search engines, recommendation engines, model prediction, and vector retrieval systems, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in backend development.
2. Strong foundation in Java, with in-depth understanding of IO, multithreading, collections, and JVM principles.
3. Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, and other popular open-source frameworks, with a deep understanding of their principles and implementation mechanisms.
4. Experience with MySQL database design and performance tuning, as well as familiarity with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
5. Familiarity with Memcached, Redis, Kafka, and ES middlewares.
6. Participation in large-scale system design and development, with the ability to take on first-line architecture design or development work, and experience with high-concurrency online service system development.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
8. Basic English communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Rich experience in search/recommendation engine development, with familiarity with search/recommendation business processes (recall, ranking, re-ranking, etc.), and understanding of indexing, caching, load balancing, and distribution principles.
2. Familiarity with relevant open-source systems, such as Lucene, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
3. Experience with algorithm service development and performance optimization (e.g., GPU optimization).
